From there, I work close to the build by pairing with engineers, using AI tools where it genuinely sharpens the process, and bringing my own judgment to the decisions that matter. As an experienced designer, I focus on meeting business outcomes and drive scalable growth as a company.

I don't wait for problems to be handed to me. I always take initiative to spot bottlenecks, and move fast — a habit shaped as much by being a working mum as by any design methodology.

I also lead from the front on people development. I commit to run internship programmes and mentor early-career designers across multiple companies, because building the next generation of strong practitioners is work I care about.
